Hi, my name is Kris Thomas. I’m the Director of Route Operations here at Tyler Mountain Water and Coffee. The areas that we deliver these services to are in Charleston, West Virginia, and surrounding areas and also over in Louisville, Kentucky. That’s surrounding area, including Lexington and about an hour radius of both those cities. Today, we’re going to be talking about water delivery service. When can a customer expect their water delivery? We usually set customers up either on a weekly, bi-weekly, or four weeks cycle. Depends on the usage, of course. And also how far of an area they live outside of our branch operations. Usually, we can notify them, let them know exactly when we’re going to be there, whether it’s like I said weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks, and then we’re on a regular schedule after that. The difference between residential and commercial delivery. Residential is, you know, we just deliver basically water in some of the other related coffee items and stuff that we offer to the residential. Usually what we do is leave that on the front porch or back step, or some wherever they want us to deliver because 90% of the people are out working, so they can’t be there when we deliver, typically between 8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon. So we try to make it easy for them. And as long as they put their empty bottles out, we will replace what they have or they call in and give us a specific order, and we’ll follow those orders. And then commercial. There are assigned customers we go into their business and look at their inventory and replace the empties that they have on location there and any other products that they might need. Is there a difference in product that we deliver to home compared to commercial accounts? No, we basically deliver your five-gallon, three-gallon, gallon jugs, and also your 1/2 liter bottles to both places.
