Tyler Mountain Water has been hard at work to update our online presence. We made it our goal to enhance our customer service capabilites by extending a variety of convenient actions to those users in all situations: at the office on a laptop or desktop, even at home on their smart phone!
Working with local creative and digital agency 4CDesignWorks, this new goal became a key feature for the build. With an eye toward an updated look that is reflected on new delivery trucks, social media, and other marketing materials, a revised design was developed to be optimized on mobile devices, eye-catching, and rich with content driven to the customer experience – no matter what types of services and/or offerings they may be looking into (for the home or for the office). The creation of this new presense is accompanied by an online tool: “My Tyler Account Manager” that permits online delivery and account management for users to have access to their orders 24/7!
