Eat hydrating snacks. Man cannot survive on water alone. Instead of having a salty or sugary treat at the office, substitute a snack which adds additional fluids to your body. There is a lot of delicious food which will not only satisfy your hunger pangs but are full of water. A great place to start is eating more fruits and leafy greens.
