Why is my water not hot or cold?
First check your electrical outlet by plugging something else into that same wall plate to ensure the breaker/fuse is not the problem.
Why is my cold water working but the hot side of my Hot-n-Cold cooler has cool water?
On some Hot-n-cold coolers there is an off and on switch on the back of the cooler. Check that it is turned on. If the switch is in the off position wait 15 minutes after switching on for water to heat.
How do I get colder water?
If the cooler isn't being used excessively (no time for the water to chill), make sure there is a minimum of 2 inches clearance from the sides and back of the cooler to allow it to get air. Also, some models have a thermostat on the grill at the rear of the cooler. On these models you may be able to adjust it by to turn to see if it makes the water any cooler.
Water is not coming out. Why?
If no water comes out of the faucet(s), the water reservoir may have frozen. This can be caused by not enough wall clearance for air flow, or possibly a defective cold control. Freezing is more common in warm weather months.
Why is my cooler leaking?
99% of all leaks are caused by undetectable pin hole leaks in a bottle itself. This pin hole leak breaks the vacuum in the cooler causing the reservoir to over flow which gives the appearance the cooler itself is leaking. Take the bottle off of the cooler, drain the reservoir, put another bottle on.
Why is my cooler noisy?
Coolers have certain noises that you can hear depending on the model, but only at intermittent times. However, an excessively noisy cooler should be inspected by our staff. Please call the customer service center and arrange a checkup to ensure you receive continued troublefree service.
When is my next delivery?
While we mail calendar cards to all of our customers twice a year we realize they can often get overlooked or misplaced. You can call customer service for a new card with your delivery schedule and our service rep will gladly tell you your next scheduled delivery date as well.
What is my account balance?
Your account balance is always provided to your monthly statement. If you have further questions or would like to know of any pending charges during the month prior to the mailing of the statements please feel free to call our customer service center.

Does your water have Fluoride?
No, our water does not have Fluoride in it.
Do you have to rent a water cooler in order to get the water?
No.
What is the difference in you water?
Spring Water: Comes from a natural source. The water is brought from the underground to the surface and captured in a pure state. Springs are always sources of water, which are far away from industrial and agricultural pollutants and governed under strict regulations. This water is still carbon filtered for purification and oxygen taken out to eliminate germs or bacteria form living in the water. All natural minerals are retained. This is probably the most favorable type of water and has increased in popularity over the past ten years.
Distilled Water: Our distilled water is steam distilled. It starts with your municipal water system, which is brought into our facility where the chlorine is removed and then passes through carbon filters for purification. Next it is brought into a distilling tank where the water is steam distilled, meaning all of the impurities and toxins are lifted off the water so that what is left over is your distilled water. This is the purest form of water-98.9% pure.
Purified Water: This is distilled water with the natural minerals injected back in. We take distilled water and inject in: magnesium, potassium and calcium. These natural minerals provide vitamins and a more favorable taste.
Can I make a credit card payment?

Can I make a payment by check over the phone?
No, we do not accept check payment over the phone.

Do you sell water coolers or do I have to rent one?
We offer both. We sell new cold water coolers for $199.00. Hot and cold water coolers are $249.00. All units come with a 5 year warranty. We do offer reconditioned coolers at various prices for resell also. We often run specials for renting coolers so you would need to contact our customer service for specials in your area.
How often do you deliver?
We offer 2 week, 4 week and 8 week delivery rotations.
